Bring "Sippin'" to the Public

So much going on in these months that have come and gone! We have resumed the Sip of WineSpirit series that gave birth to Sippin' on Top of the World. Contact me if you want to be on the WineSpirit Email list to receive new Sips as they come out. I have just posted Sips #174 and 175, and since my last blog, #173, inspired by dear friends, Helen and Alan Bonapart.

I continue to enjoy opportunities to bring Sippin' to the public. I am excited about folks in Napa, Karen and Steve S. hosting me for a Sippin' Party, Program and Book Signing in their home on Tuesday November 10 at 7 PM (If you are in the Napa area, I am sure they would welcome you, if you let me know). Then November 15 at the brand new K-O-H Library at Mosaic Law Synagogue in Sacramento from 2 to 4PM: a Sippin' event with wine, of course.

I hope that anyone in reach of Napa will come to the WineSpirit holiday party on Sunday, December 6 at 3 PM at our WineSpirit Vineyard home.

I also look forward to seeing folks in the neighborhood even sooner: Tuesday, November 10 for Sippin' Time at Noon and Thursday, November 19 for Sippin' Time in the Evening...good times to slow down and enjoy good wine, conversation and people.

WineSpirit has filmed some 15 Elders and Sages of the wine world in exploring wine's influence on their attitudes about life: lessons they learned in the Vineyard. Four have been edited so far, thanks to a grant from the President's Fund of the Gasser Foundation. Jan Shrem, Robert Mondavi, Jamie Davies and Al Brounstein are now available in appreciation for suggested donations of $15 for a DVD. Each is just under an hour in length, not including outtakes, fascinating added material. Footage includes views of the winery and in some cases follow-up interviews.
