Visit With Jan Schram of Clos Pegase Winery

Yesterday I had a wonderful visit with Jan Shrem of Clos Pegase, a major sponsor and host of WineSpirit activity. Scott our WineSpirit web keeper and videographer filmed us in follow up conversation to a Spiritual Harvest video we did with Jan some years ago and are now editing. Jan is truly magical in his insights and the ways he expresses them. I cannot wait to finish editing this video and making it available to everyone.

One of the truly magical moments was when Jan invited us into the tasting room and personally poured 4 special wines climaxed by a wonderful Reserve Cab.

I was also very moved and excited by Jan's offer to carry Sippin' in the tasting room with the offer of giving WineSpirit ALL proceeds from the sales. Clos Pegase is now the first winery to have Sippin' available to the public. Right behind them is Ernie Weir's Hagafen winery on Silverado Trail in Napa to be the second to carry Sippin' starting next week.

I am all aglow from the first official public welcome to Sippin' on Top of the World at Silo's on Main Street in Napa this past Tuesday. Some 50 people came by and most wanted books. It was a lot of fun and very rewarding! This is still so new to me that I am treasuring every moment.
