Liz Thach, Ph.D., a wine business and management professor at Sonoma State University and member of the WineSpirit Advisory Board, has published extensively and has traveled to most wine regions of the world. Tim Hanni is a Master of Wine, regarded as the highest accolade in the international wine industry. He would like to abolish traditional notions of food and wine pairing and see people drink what they enjoy rather than what they are told is appropriate.
